Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy explains what information the Turrigan marketing website (turrigan.com) collects, why, and your rights. It covers this website only. The Turrigan product and console (app.turrigan.com, api.turrigan.com) are governed by the separate agreement under which a customer is onboarded.
1. Who we are (Data Fiduciary)
This website is operated by 8plus2 Omnitech OPC Private Limited, a One Person Company incorporated in India ("Turrigan", "we", "us"), which is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or to exercise a right, contact us at [email protected].
2. What this website collects
We have designed the site to collect as little as possible:
- No analytics or advertising trackers. The site runs no analytics service, no advertising pixels, and no behavioural tracking.
- No cookies set by us. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Our security/CDN provider (see below) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse; these are not used for tracking.
- Fonts are self-hosted. Web fonts are served from our own site, not from a third-party font network, so viewing a page does not send your details to a font provider.
- Server and edge logs. Like any website, our infrastructure and CDN automatically process technical connection data (IP address, browser/user-agent, date and time, and the page requested) to deliver pages and to detect and prevent abuse.
- Information you send us. If you email us (for example, at [email protected]), we receive and process the contents of your message and your email address to respond and to evaluate a possible pilot.
3. Why we process it
We process the limited data above only for these purposes:
- To deliver and secure the site. We use technical logs to serve pages and to protect the site against abuse and attack.
- To respond to your enquiry. We use the email you send us to reply to you and to take steps, at your request, towards a possible pilot.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we rely on your consent (given when you choose to contact us) and on legitimate uses permitted by that Act, such as operating and securing the service. Where you are outside India and your local law requires consent for any of the above, we rely on that consent, and you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of processors to run the site and communications:
- Cloudflare, Inc. as our content-delivery and security provider (edge delivery, TLS, and abuse protection).
- DigitalOcean, LLC for the server infrastructure that hosts the site.
- Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards email you send to our addresses on to our mailbox so we can read and reply to it.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.
5. Where your data is processed
We are established in India and our servers are hosted with DigitalOcean, while Cloudflare operates a global edge network that may serve and protect pages from a location near you. If you contact us from outside India, the email you send and the technical data above may therefore be processed in India and in other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with appropriate protection wherever it is processed.
6. How long we keep it
Technical logs are retained for a short period (typically up to 90 days) for security and operations, then discarded or aggregated. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer you and to manage our relationship, and is then deleted.
7. Your rights
As a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, and to erase it where it is no longer needed. You may also withdraw a consent you have given, and you may nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. To exercise any right, or to raise a grievance, email [email protected]; if you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, the UAE, or another region with its own data-protection law, you may also have the rights that law provides, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
This site is a business-to-business offering and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
10. Contact
