These terms govern your use of the Turrigan marketing website (turrigan.com). They do not govern the Turrigan product or any pilot or subscription, which are covered by a separate written agreement.

The content on this site is provided for general information about Turrigan. It is not an offer, a binding commitment, a warranty, or a guarantee of any feature, result, performance level, or availability. Nothing on this site creates a contract. Any engagement with the Turrigan product is governed solely by the separate written agreement you sign, and if there is any conflict between that agreement and statements made on this site, the agreement prevails.
3. Not legal or compliance advice
Turrigan is a governance and assurance tool that helps you produce evidence about your AI systems. Descriptions on this site of laws, regulations, and standards, including the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, the OWASP LLM Top 10, GDPR, and MITRE ATLAS, are provided for context only. They are not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and using Turrigan does not by itself make you or your systems compliant with any law or standard. You remain responsible for your own compliance, and you should obtain independent professional advice.
4. No reliance
You should not rely on any statement on this site as the basis for a purchasing or compliance decision. Product capabilities, coverage, and scope are defined only in the product documentation and in your agreement, and they may change.
5. Intellectual property
The Turrigan name, logo, site design, text, and graphics are owned by 8plus2 Omnitech OPC Private Limited or its licensors, and they are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
